2021年1月14日から4週連続で、STiPS Handai研究会「多言語コミュニケーション実践の共創」を開催します。
＊新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大の状況によっては、実施形態を変更する可能性もあります。
授業でのディスカッションや学会発表などで自分の母語以外の言語を使う必要が生じた時、周囲の議論に置いていかれてしまったような気持ちになったことはありませんか？
議論に参加する人たちが母語を共有しない状況で、私たちはどのようにお互いのコミュニケーション力の違いに配慮しながら、全員の参加を促すような形で議論を行うことができるでしょう？
本セミナーシリーズでは、英語および日本語を中心に様々な言語を用いながら、言語の多様性・複数性や翻訳といったテーマについて皆で議論します。
そして、多言語主義・複言語主義や異文化コミュニケーションについての理解を、議論を通じて体験的に深めることを目指したいと思います。
Have you ever felt as if you were left behind in the discussions around you when you needed to use a language other than your own for class discussions or conference presentations?
When participants in a discussion do not share the same native language, how can we conduct the discussion in a way that encourages everyone's participation while taking into consideration the differences in communication skills?
In this seminar series, we will discuss the themes of linguistic diversity, plurality, and translation, using a variety of languages, mainly English and Japanese.
The aim is to deepen our understanding of multilingualism, multilingualism, and intercultural communication through discussion and experience.
